CouchChange is an independent education project about algorithmic and AI-driven trading. We explain how the systems work. Then we show paper studies that ran, stopped after losses, or never reached a trade.
Who's behind it.
CouchChange is built by Jameson Huckaba, with AI tools helping on software, research and writing. It's independent: no institutional backing and no claim to a trading edge. The name comes from an earlier idea about saving money on streaming subscriptions. That product was dropped; the site is now about trading education.
What you can see today.
Short lessons in Learn, a free paper Lab, and the Watch pages: two strategies running on Bitcoin, Ether and Solana, three meme-coin strategies that stopped after losses, and one study that never made a trade.
How we keep it honest.
We label made-up teaching numbers. Recorded account figures stay private for now. Rules are fixed before a test starts; changing them means starting a new test. Losses and missing data stay in the record. If something here is wrong or misleading, we fix it.
What this site doesn't do.
It doesn't take deposits, manage money, connect to your wallet or brokerage, or give personal investment advice. Reading it needs no account. See the disclosures and how we research.
